DBE Supportive Services Center Mission
The mission of the DBE Supportive Services Center is to provide training and consulting services to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) enabling them to acquire the proficiency, expertise, and experience necessary to compete, on an equal basis, with non-DBE's for PennDOT federally assisted highway contracts and subcontracts.
